TopDesk Inhouseday
On Tuesday, the 25th of November, we visited TopDesk for an insightful and interesting in-house day! The day started with a tour of the TopDesk office in Delft, after which students received a brief presentation about TopDesk and what they do.
Afterwards, students had the chance to work on a case. They were asked to create a new system designed to assist a helpdesk, including everything from layout to marketing strategies. The students later presented their ideas and received insightful questions from the TopDesk professionals.
