Selection procedure

The selection procedure consists of several rounds. The whole process doesn't have to take longer than 4 weeks.

  2. Problemsolvingtest & in case positive result, 1 panel interview;
  3. Day visit: 2 interviews with senior managers;
  4. Offer on the same day, in case positive result.
