Trainee Campaign Engineer
… a quick learner, with a passion for technology who is capable of acting both independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. You possess a technical mindset combined with strong communication skills. Are you energized by complex problem-solving? You might be the one we are looking for to participate in our brand-new Trainee Program for campaign engineers!
As a trainee campaign engineer, you will learn all about databases, SQL and Marketing Campaign tooling. First of all, we will help you get some basic software skills on the right level. Once this is done, you will specialize in more specific tooling, for instance:
- IBM Marketing Suite (Campaign, Marketing Ops, Silverpop)
- Adobe Marketing Suite
A combination of online courses, training and self study will get you ready in no-time to become an expert. This is when things start to get really exciting! Working together with your highly skilled colleagues you start deepening your technical knowledge and know-how while broadening your business skills on the field of marketing CRM. Everything you need will be provided to ensure your individual growth. Including regular one-on-ones, knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues and additional training.
Over time, you will become an independent campaign engineer, gaining experience within several teams, working flexibly throughout our organization. You will work for customers like KLM, Ziggo, Unilever Food Solutions, Nuon, Vodafone, KPN and many more. And this is not where it ends. You might want to become a technical specialist on the implementation or application of Marketing Campaign tooling. Or maybe you prefer to become an expert in the development of smart data-driven campaigns and develop yourself as a campaign manager. The possibilities are endless and are all depending on your goals and ambitions.
Some specifics we require
• bachelor or master degree;
• experience or strong affinity with ICT;
• knowledge of or experience with data-driven processes;
• passionate about what you do and how you do it;
